First day out is usually just a travel day as we are in areas close to home with out much new to see. Today, however, we decided to venture off the Pennsylvania Turnpike and go the Flight 93 Memorial from the 9-11 attacks. The memorial is not complete as they are building a visitor center and educational center. The plane nose-dived into the ground and the crash site is marked with a large boulder. Thursday morning I was up at the crack of "insomnia strikes again and I'll get up when I could be bothered." I then went in search of coffee BEFORE heading to Cedar Point. This ride accellerates to 120 mph within a few seconds and then climbs straight up to ~400' and then straight down and back to the station. No pics as it would have been too much of a hassle to bring in a camera to the park.

We were up at 6:30a.m. and left the hotel before 8:00a.m. We made it to Toledo by 5:00. We were in our driveway before 6:00p.m. after a trip to the grocery store. All animals are alive, well, and happy to see us! Now the fun part of cleaning out the car:(

Yes, we would leave tomorrow and do it all over again if we could! There were a few meltdowns along the way, but the laughter and experiences far exceeded the not-so-fun times.

... I did) a sort of panic when we forgot our Locker number and spent 40 minutes trying to get our important stuff however we eventually got it out. Our finishing rides were Dragster where Tyler and I hit a swarm of flies at 120mph, and Millennium Force which was great in the dark. Tomorrow we leave for Niagra ...
