... like 2 beautiful Turkish ladies!!
Our hotel was brilliantly situated right opposite the entrance to the Travertines. What an incredible sight they are. The original pools that you, Sue and Tracey, swam in have been replaced by manmade pools. Dave donned his cozzi and had a little splash (the water is only ankle deep) At the top of the Travertines is the ancient city of Hieropolis which is still being excavated. On the way home we were entertained by an old gentlemen balancing bottles, doing rope tricks and then belly dancing for us...he invited me to join him and of course I couldn't resist...even got a few cheers from the mostly Turkish crowd. ... going to bed quite early, four days on a sail boat in the sun really exhausted me!

... for this form of artwork and the craftsmanship (or should I say crafts-woman-ship) that goes into making them. After watching the woman in action we headed into the display room and all ordered a complimentary drink. I chose the turkish coffee which came out in a miniture cup looking like a dollop of mud.
