    ... see snorkelling wise. But it was a beautiful place to stop while the weather was hot. In the next bay, we swam with sea turtles. They were everywhere! We settled there overnight and slept on the deck as most of the people did. The cabins were far to hot. There were a few other boats around so it didn't get quiet until midnight.     ... focussed more on the little animals swimming around, aptly though perhaps not very originally named after the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! He let us hold them, they were so cute! The turtles weren't the only animals getting a lot of attention on Fethiye seafront; my brother (wearing the Turkish football shirt he bought at the market - Galatasaray he informs me is the team) was being treated like a celeb! One waiter from a restaurant we passed was wearing a similar shirt ...

    ... will notice a raised bit of sand (indicating a nesting site for the endangered sea turtle) and avoid plunking their bodies down on top!

    Of course our fears were all unfounded and it was a great mix of people and ages who were from all over the world; Australian, New Zealand, American, Canadian, Italian and of course the Turkish crew.
