Nice little hotel with friendly staff and lovely decor. The breakfast and all other hotel food could be improved. Simple food would be better than trying to be fancy and getting it completely wrong. Also, the tv reception is poor. If it's summer time make sure you get a room on one of the lower floors as the top floor gets a bit warm. As far as a little hotel in a small town goes, it was satisfactory, but you might just want to go into town and get a meal (or a takeaway salad from Tescos) as each one was disappointing.
