    ... bottles, 3 with Skratch Labs, 3 with plain water. Salt pills. 3 Mini Bonk Breaker Bars. 2 Honey Stinger chomps. Couple of gus in case food won't go down. Gatoraid and cokes in ice chest. Plan was to drink 1 water or skratch labs bottle each lap, eat one bar/chomp between each lap. Half a Gatoraid between laps. Mini cokes beyond lap 4. I also tested and set my riding lights.
