Now, I mentioned above that Montreal is primarily French speaking. It would appear that I am not. I didn't put anywhere near as much work as I wanted to into my Mandarin last year, but that doesn't stop my thought process going as follows: OK, they are not speaking to me in English, but I can understand what they are saying.
