    ... people this weekend for us! The Resort is hosting a Labor Day party, featuring three bands, and furnishing the barbequed hamburgers and hot dogs. The party goers brought a pot luck of hors d'oeuvres, salads, fruits and desserts. Fun was had by all!

    ... see Dillon Falls video below. That was one happy dog. People out mountain biking and walking on this trail, many with happy wet dogs off-leash.

    The weather has been variable--had some welcome rain Tues, and then it's been very very nice, sunny, and warmer, though very chilly at night. Have had the gas fireplace on every morning. I am absolutely loving my comfy and cozy little cottage, which has all of the comforts of home and more. I may stay here again ...

    ... program.  And we enjoyed well earned snacks and a beer (for Lanton and I) in the lodge. We then headed to Bend, Oregon where we stayed at a McMenamem's brew pub and hotel. It was an old catholic school converted into a hotel.  It was really neat.   We enjoyed dinner there, took the kids to the soaking pool.
