... was the lookout on Mt Soledad which gave extensive views up and down coast while also being a National Veterans Memorial. We could see down to San Diego and also up the coast. The surf has been pretty flat and the smog can spoil what is a great view. The day started well waking up after a cruisey day yesterday. We had breakie and walked down to get sunscreen and some other things before waiting for the shuttle. The bus, which is a kitted out e-450 ford kinda like an f truck but bigger, picked us up and took us to the depo to get our tickets and transfer onto the next shuttle. ... opposite another shopping centre so we walked across the highway to this to have a look around. As normal is was huge and I found a massive craft store, which I think may have made John very bored! So of course he dragged me into Best Buy to look at all the electronics! Fun...not! Although we did see some massive fridges!!

... which proceeded to stop at the Stadium and make us all get off, three more trolleys came and ended there... 25 minutes later the trolley came that would take us to El Cajon and we made it back to the car. Had no problems sleeping after such a good meal, but didn't hurt to go to the liquor store and her 6 bottles of cider to help me along :) we now have a fridge full of alcohol and chocolate!! ... brewing area and could see the oak barrels aging tasty beers behind glass from the tasting room. We all enjoyed several samples of different types of beer - IPAs for Erik and Laura and Belgians for me. After the brewery, we picked up way too much food from Thai Pepper and devoured about half of it back on the couch at Laura’s.
