    ... By the end of the day with tired and sore muscles, all holes were completed on the first house which meant we were ready for cement. We mixed cement and filled the holes half way so that tomorrow we can start erecting the posts. Good news today as all stayed healthy and energetic throughout the day.

    ... was terrible, but when the vendor provided a sample to one of our fellow travelers, he reported that it was not bad. Rafael bought a bottle and promised that we would all get a sample, not exactly a tasting to which we are looking forward. The wine is an ancient alcoholic drink first prepared by the indigenous Costa Rican peoples; it is still very popular in some regions of Costa Rica.
