The early AM wakeup in Vantaa was pretty brutal. All three of us were flying out at approximately the same time, so we stumbled to HEL on the shuttle and hastily said our goodbyes. First leg was flight from Fredericton to Montreal - two airports that share one thing: they're terrible. For an international airport PET is like a ghost town. seems like there are more workers than travelers. Depressing. Battled the depression with a bottle of Torrentes from Argentina. Two more hours and hopefully we are off to Chicago. There's nothing like five hours in a lousy airport to make you wish you could drive everywhere.
Today was the last day of my trip, I can't believe how fast the past few weeks had gone by. At the moment I'm sitting on the plane back to Vancouver. I think were about 1/2 way. 2:44 to go. I only really had one thing on my todo list for today and that was to go up the summit of Mont-Royal.
