... renting a Turkish car is the best way to go ( although not a fiat I hear). One just has to be brave...and start out somewhere outside of Istanbul...and probably NEVER even attempt to drive within its boundaries...simply out-of-control! Anyway, Konya...I have picked up a couple of books that will help me understand more about who Rumi really was. I picked up a few silly souvenirs as well...and some Sufi music...we went to the Mevlani Museum ...

... lay there almost all day because it was to hot to do anything else and everybody was really tierd from the trip. When the pool closed we went up to the hotelroom and made some dinner. So exept for the late plane, the first day here have been pretty good. :)
