    We stayed last night outside Antalya near to the airport. It's a district of big monstrosities of hotels each trying to outdo the other in gaudyness.     It's raining, but at least the rain's warm!     ... Anatalya and after more GPS misguidance, found Aspendos (Aspestos is my way of remembering it) which was an ancient Greco-Roman city. founded around 1000 BC by Greeks on the Eurymedon River. The amphitheatre has been renovated and is still used today. (More pics)
