We took a short ferry ride (1 hour) from Paros to Naxos and we noticed right away that Naxos island has a totally different feel and pace from Paros. Naxos city (also called Chora) is the largest city on the island with 6,500 residents and has been inhabited since 1000 BC. After our complimentary watermelon we went across the road and bought a tub of Ben and Jerry's Half Baked, which was a whopping €7.20, but no complaints as we ate in bed watching 10 Things I Hate About You. Good food ...
