      ... over in the direction of the boat. He was collecting the toll receipt from our rear boatman.

      The river had carved itself a really deep gorge, I would estimate that the sides were generally 50m high, maybe more but I don't want to exaggerate it. For example the fjords in Norway are mighty impressive, this had a similar feel enhanced by the fact the actual river channel was perhaps only 10-15m wide in places.

      ... ready". During the day we were generally looked after by a member of Ravi's family, but we would always head to Uncle Raffy's for feeding, we were so spoilt!

      On the way home we popped in to catch up with Bobby, we met his lovely wife and had a good natter before discussing an important topic. Our toilet. The pipe had been replaced (by removing concrete). We had a long talk, but the crux of the conversation was that the bum gun would need to make an apperance tomorrow.

      ... Kokomo's restaurant and sit in one of the seats overlooking the street and watch the show. Watch the parade of old, fat white guys walking arm in arm down the street with their young Filipina lovers, followed by an occasional lady boy and then comes the pack of Indian guys traveling together with their eyes and mouths wide open.
      After that head to one of the larger clubs and enjoy the dancing and San Miguel Light(try the apple flavor) the rest of night is up to ...
