Walking through the maze there were scary people dressed up, jumping out from behind corners and touching your legs as you walk past. But that's not all, at one point I got split up from the rest of my family, as a mummy was stood in my way, swinging his arms about and making a noise which sounded like a mental cockroach on steroids. First round, I got the literal answer: "Rode. All the way, except 150 miles when I got a ride." From Texas, as it turned out. No, I meant what's your story?

Joseph is maybe 6'2", medium build and looks like he was muscled-up in the past. Now he's a bit softer, rounder, with 3 days of ginger growth. His age is tough to tell, but a touch of grey ...

... motivation to be successful. But if you keep focused on your reasons behind losing weight, then that can help keep your levels where they should be. But we understand things can get truly challenging, and at those times our personal values and reasons can seem to be insufficient. That is why it usually is very helpful to have some kind of extra support system available. Perhaps you may need to make a better effort to help maintain positive focus and simply choose to keep moving ...
