Excitement levels were high as we hit Universal Studios. There were themed areas, some as large as Rainbow's End, so there was plenty to see and do. The Transformers was easily the best - a 3D experience in a flight simulator, though it felt like a roller coaster. There was a Simpsons area, a Shrek zone, Jurassic Park, and a Water World live show with stunts and explosions. A great time was had by all.

I was pretty excited about this as I wanted to see historic section, Union Station, The Bradbury Building, The Angel Flight, etc. We didn't realize unlike the Red route, that has another bus every 20-30 minutes, the Purple only comes every 1:40 minutes. So sadly I did not get off the bus to see these sights as that would have put us back in Hollywood past 9.00 PM. We did get some nice views of China Town, ...
