... to stay in bed for just a tiny little bit longer. When I checked my phone I saw Cameron had send me a few messages on Facebook and he wanted to go shopping, wondering if I'd go with him. As I wanted to take class at 2pm I couldn't go to far so we went to some shops at hollywood boulevard. We had breakfast at the french crepe, where I had been before. Cameron with a moaning face as he didn't think the food would be great and he's wanted to go to Johnny Rockets (a very american type of ...

... the cheese cake factory for lunch - I had a pulled pork sandwich, a must in America - and then began our search again for the phone shop. I saw my first real star here. The lobby boy from the grand Budapest hotel, which I had watched on the plane was in the area for a promotion event. After over an hour of trying to find AT&T stores we gave up and went to KMart in the hope they would have something. They didn't and directed us to another AT&T store. So ...

... I was tired and very hungry and that just tipped me over the edge, luckily Heather gave me her muffin so I had something to eat. I don't know what it is but I've noticed they assume you're vegan if you order veg meals and give you yucky puddings, fake milk, fake butter. It's a shame cos there's so many great things they could serve, I think they should have both veg and vegan options. Anyway rant over... Next trip I'll be taking my own food just in case they haven't improved any!

A travel blog entry by jayandbob on Nov 01, 2013

Today we catch the Amtrak train back to Hollywood, the train leaves Anaheim to LA at 12.55 but we had to check out of the hotel by 11am, so once 11am rocked around we got our things and checked out and called a taxi that took us to the train station. It was a really hot day today, we had our tickets already so all we had to do was wait for the train. While waiting a tall black guy came up and starting talking to us, he was really hungover and ...
