So if you ever wanted to know what it felt like to be a sardine… pack 6 people into a 1990 Ford F-150 and drive in traffic up through LA. Finally after a 3+ hour car ride we are here in the terminal. We will be flying business class (not first class:(…) over to London on a direct flight. Well it's time to drug myself up and get prepared for the ...

There is a one hour window and only a ...

... and kickass with them, whilst also wondering how I have not died from the most killer high intensity training I've done, and then occasionally we all hang out, like for the Aus vs Chile game, which for me turned out to be just a few (plus a few few few more) and a firebomb which is a cinnamon whiskey shot which I won't exactly thank Zach for! But these guys are amazing so if you are even in LA get your ass to Training Mate and it will help you ...

... just pretty much tasted gross.

We made a friend at the bar and had some more drinks with friends at his apartment (free Moet - don't mind if I do). Time got away from us and before we knew it it was 3am! So we stumbled home to get our drunk sleepy heads some rest.

The next day wasn't pretty, hangover city. But we forced ourselves out of bed and headed for a day adventure to Santa Monica Pier. We got the bus out there which took ...
