For dinner we checked out Jax, a local seafood restaurant. Turns out one of the exec chefs just won Top Chef. Exciting, and regardless of recent, popular accolades the food was delicious enough to stand on its own without a TC title.<br><br>Basically Boulder is awesome and I can easily see how people come out here and never leave! Boulder, Colorado, United States margreet98... from the East to the West is that you get amazing sunsets every night during the trip. Some of them were really very nice despite the clouds. It actually made it more interesting. <br><br>For the most part, CO roads were empty. Not many folks traveling the highway around 5-9pm on a Wed I guess... The highway was pretty remote, too.
