My doctor recommends a glass of wine a day....lucky I have 6 doctors. This is a shop to revisit! And, I found a vintage and designer label dress shop 'circa77vintage'...heaven. Yep- gotta get a cholesterol check once we return ...

Construction zones were everywhere although, thankfully, most of them were shut down and both lanes open in preparation for all the people traveling. The route I usually take has that slight annoyance of posting 70 ...

... A little post trip anecdote: when I returned home, a dating app I have was still reading as though I were in France, so I was getting profiles of French men. Before I reset it, I clicked on a guy I thought was interesting, just for kicks, and then promptly forgot about it. The next morning I received a text message that said, "Bonjour, Patti." Just plain fun. We've exchanged some texts and he told me he is training for an Iron Man triathlon for next year.
