Wundervoll!

Wir gingen in dieses Hotel, ohne reserviert zu haben und bekamen ein Zimmer für einen tollen Preis und wurden super behandelt. Das Hotel ist einwandfrei und hat einen gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum und schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Bettwäsche war luxuriös und das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr. Das einzig Negative war der durchgängige Lärm der großen Fernsehschirme in der Bar und dem Essbereich.

Entramos en el hotel sin tener reservas y nos ofrecieron una tarifa estupenda y un trato estupendo. El hotel está impecable y tiene un gimnasio muy bien equipado, así como habitaciones con toda suerte de detalles. La ropa de cama era de lujo y la cama muy cómoda. Disfrutamos mucho de la estancia. La única queja posible sería el estruendo constante de las televisiones de pantalla gigante del bar y de la zona del comedor.

Nous sommes entrés dans l'hôtel sans réservation. On nous a fait un super tarif et on s'est très bien occupé de nous.

L'hôtel est impeccable avec une salle de gym bien équipée et des chambres bien meublées.

Le linge était luxueux et le lit était très confortable.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour.

Le seul petit reproche serait le vacarme constant de la télé grand écran au bar et dans la salle à manger.

Wonderful hotel. The best Embassy suites we have ever stayed at.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were 8 family members in our party. We were touring the West Coast of the US on a fly drive.

This is by far the nicest Embassy Suites we have ever stayed at. The hotel was set at the foot of Mount Leman with stunning views of the mountains from our balcony.

The breakfast was amazing. Plenty of variety.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious and simply delightful. Space was at a premium. The balcony was the finishing touch. We loved to unwind with a drink or two watching the sun set.

There are two widescreen high definition TV's. One in the lounge and another in the bedroom. This kept the kids happy.

The pool area was immaculate with plenty of loungers, a piping hot jacuzzi and an abundance of towels.

During our stay we visited two excellent resturants at the Mall opposite. One Italian and one Mexican. Both restuarants were fantastic. Both had stunning views of the Tucson skyline from panoramic windows.

CVS pharmacy next door was really useful . We stocked up on sundries and postcards there.

The staff could not do enough for us. The men in our party went off on a trip to the airbase leaving us without transport. The hotel operates a courtesy minibus which will take you to the nearby restuarants if you do not fancy the ten minute uphill hike in the heat.

We talked to the front desk and they organised the hotel courtesy bus take us ladies/kids to Foothills Mall where there is a Super Walmart. The bus picked us up again 3 hours later. Super service.

We enjoyed the managers reception and Flemings Restuarant which is opposite the hotel. There we enjoyed complimentary cocktails on the terrace nightly.

Tombstone was about 90 minutes drive away. We had a great trip there. It was great to be amongst the cowboys for the day.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Tucson area. You really will not be disappointed. We booked in advance and got our rooms for around $169. With the free breakfasts , managers reception and the courtesy bus it was worth every penny.

If we were ever back in the Tucson area we would not consider staying anywhere else.

Eine Sehr Erfreuliche Erfahrung

Meine Frau und ich machten einen 3-tägigen Kurzurlaub in Tucson, Arizona (wir wohnten 7 Jahre lang in Phoenix, Arizona, waren aber noch nie in Tucson gewesen). Wir wollten in irgendein Hotel, das gemütlich und angenehm ist, so dass wir die Zeit genießen könnten, ganz egal, ob wir im Zimmer blieben oder hinaus gingen. Und als wir dann davon hörten, dass ein neues Embassy Suites nördlich des Stadtzentrums aufgemacht hatte, reservierten wir dort. Dadurch konnten wir das auf Wunsch frisch zubereitete Frühstück genießen und dann entscheiden, ob wir wieder ins Bett gehen sollten oder nicht. Das Essen beim Frühstück war sehr gut und ich freute mich sehr über die große Auswahl - frisch gekochte Eier, Schinken, Wurst, Haferbrei, Joghurt, Bagles, Toast, verschiedene Säfte, Kaffee, Müsli und höfliches, gut gelauntes Personal, um nur ein paar Dinge zu nennen. Die Lage am Fuß der Mount Lemon Bergkette war perfekt, wie Sie auf unseren Fotos sehen können, die wir vom Balkon aus machten.

Es gab viele tolle Restaurants und Geschäfte, die wir zu Fuß erreichen konnten und eine kurze Fahrt entfernt war noch vieles mehr. Ein paar Läden, die super waren, waren die CVS-Drogerie, die nur einen Katzensprung entfernt ist, um Sonnenbrillen und Getränke zu kaufen - und nicht zu vergessen das Popcorn, das man dann im Hotelzimmer essen kann, während man einen Film auf einem der zwei großen High-Definition-Flachbildschirmfernseher (einen im Wohnbereich und einen im Schlafzimmer), wie auch das Foothills Mall-Einkaufszentrum, in dem es viele Fabrikverkäufe gibt (mit wirklich niedrigeren Preisen), und das nur 5 Minuten Richtung Westen im Auto entfernt ist. Das Personal war freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit als wir sie darum baten, unsere Zimmerkategorie beim Einchecken zu ändern (natürlich nur, wenn in dieser Kategorie noch Zimmer verfügbar waren). Das Hotel schien sehr sauber, gepflegt und gut organisiert zu sein, wie auch der Poolbereich. Wir hatten eigentlich vor, den Pool und den Whirlpool zu nutzen, aber das Popcorn und die Filme schienen unsere ganze Aufmerksamkeit auf sich zu lenken. Insgesamt hatten wir dort eine wunderbare Zeit und planen jetzt schon, im Frühjahr 2008 wieder herzukommen.

A Most Enjoyable Experience

My wife and I took a three day vacation to Tucson, AZ (have lived in Phoenix, AZ for seven years and had never been). We wanted to go somewhere that would be comfortable, and accommodating so as to be able to enjoy ourselves whether we stayed in or went out for the day. So, upon hearing about the opening of a new Embassy Suites just north of downtown Tucson, we made reservations. This allowed us the opportunity to take advantage of the cooked to order breakfast, and decide whether to go back to bed or not. The breakfast food was very good and I was happy to see that there were many options, from cooked to order eggs, bacon, sausage, oat meal, yogurt, beagles, toast, assorted juices, coffee, cereal and a polite and cheerful staff, just to name a few. The location, as seen in the pictures we took from our balcony, at the foot of the Mt. Lemon Mtn. Range was perfect. There were many fine restaurants, and shopping within walking distance, as well as much more just a short drive away. Some places that we enjoyed were the CVS Store just a hop, skip, and jump away, for some sunglasses, drinks, and don't forget the popcorn to zap in the hotel room as you watch a movie on one of the two large screen HD TV's (one in the main area and one in the bedroom) as well as the Foothills Mall which has many outlet stores (with actual discounted prices) just a five minute drive west of the hotel. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful even when we asked to change our room type at the time of checking in (understanding that the room type was available, and had not been reserved or occupied). The appearance of the hotel was very clean, neat, and organized as well as the pool area. We had planned to use the pool and jacuzzi; however the popcorn and movies seemed to avert our attention. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and plan to return in the spring of 2008.

Una experiencia de lo más agradable

Mi mujer y yo nos fuimos tres días de vacaciones a Tucson, Arizona (he vivido en Phoenix, Arizona, varios años y nunca había estado). Queríamos ir a algún sitio que fuera cómodo y donde nos sintiéramos bien, de manera que pudiéramos disfrutar tanto si nos quedábamos como si nos íbamos a pasar el día fuera. Así que, cuando oímos que inauguraban el nuevo Embassy Suites justo al norte del centro de Tucson, hicimos reservas. Esto nos permitió sacar provecho de su desayuno, en el que te preparan lo que pidas, y decidir si después volvíamos a la cama o no. La comida del desayuno era muy buena y me alegró ver la cantidad de opciones que había, desde huevos, bacon, salchichas, avena, yogur, roscas de pan, tostadas, zumos variados, café, cereales y el personal educado y alegre que había, por enumerar algunas cosas.

La ubicación, como se ve en las fotos que hicimos desde el balcón al pie de Mt. Lemon Mtn Range era perfecta. Había muchos restaurantes muy buenos y tiendas a las que ir a pie, así como muchas más un poco más lejos en coche. Algunos de los sitios de los que disfrutamos fueron una tienda CVS que estaba a dos pasos, donde había gafas de sol y bebidas, y donde no te olvides de comprar palomitas para picar en la habitación del hotel mientras ves una película en una de sus televisiones HD de gran pantalla (una en la zona principal y otra en el dormitorio), así como del centro comercial Foothills Mall, que cuenta con muchas tiendas baratas (con verdaderos descuentos en los precios), a sólo 5 minutos en coche al oeste del hotel. El personal era simpático, educado y servicial incluso cuando le pedimos cambiar de tipo de habitación al registrarnos (sabiendo que ese tipo de habitación estaba disponible y que ni la habían reservado ni estaba ocupada). Al hotel se le veía muy limpio, ordenado y organizado, y a la piscina también. Habíamos planeado utilizar la piscina y el jacuzzi; no obstante, las palomitas y las películas captaron toda nuestra atención. En conjunto nos lo pasamos de maravilla y planeamos volver en primavera del 2008.

Un Embassy Suites nuevo y que está bien

Cuando viajo por negocios me gusta alojarme en el Embassy Suites porque hay una zona para sentarse separada del dormitorio. Este Embassy Suites en particular es nuevo, así que pensé que le daría una oportunidad y me alojaría allí en vez de en mi típico hotel de Tucson. Ahora ya tengo un nuevo hotel de negocios favorito...este sitio es una maravilla.

La ubicación no es la más sencilla de encontrar en principio porque está metido en la esquina de Paloma Village. Evidentemente, como lleva abierto sólo unas pocas semanas, por dentro estaba muy bien, eso incluye las zonas comunes y las habitaciones. ¡La suite tiene dos televisiones pantalla plana! La ducha era grande y la cama cómoda.

La recepción de por la noche con la dirección tenía lugar en el Fleming´s Steak House, que comparte el aparcamiento con el hotel. ¿Has estado alguna vez en un Fleming´s? Bueno, es del nivel del Morton´s y del Ruth Chris (en mi opinión). Bebidas y aperitivos gratis...¿Qué puede salir mal?

El desayuno "gratuito" de por las mañanas, en el que te hacían lo que pedías, era extraordinario. Se encuentra en Foothills of Tucson (la parte cara de Tucson). Recomiendo mucho alojarse en este hotel si te gusta el modelo de los hoteles Embassy Suites.

Una última recomendación: cuando te alojes en este hotel, haz casi cuatro kilómetros por la carretera N. Campbell Road, ve al Sullivan Steak House y siéntate en el bar. En primer lugar, la carne es extraordinaria (el Kansas City strip es uno de los mejores que he probado) y los barman te sirven una copa fuerte y se quedan haciéndote compañía.

Nice New Embassy Suites

When traveling on business I like staying at Embassy Suites because of the separate sitting area from the bedroom. This particular Embassy Suites is new so I thought I would give it a chance and stay there instead of my usual Tucson hotel. I now have a new favorite Tucson business hotel... this place is wonderful.

Location wasn't the easiest to find at first because it's tucked into the corner of Paloma Village. Obviously because it's been open for only a few weeks the interior was very nice, this includes the common areas and the rooms. 2 Flat screen TV's inside the suite! Shower was large and the bed was comfortable.

The manager's nightly reception was held at Fleming's Steak House, which shares the parking lot with the hotel. Have you ever been to a Fleming's? Well, it's on par with Morton's or a Ruth's Chris (in my opinion). Free drinks and apps... how can you go wrong!

Excellent "free" made to order breakfast in the morning! Its location is in the Foothills of Tucson (aka- The expensive part of Tucson). I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you like the Embassy Suites hotel model.

One last recommendation - When staying at this hotel take the 2.5 mile drive down N. Campbell Road and go to Sullivan's Steakhouse and sit in the bar. First, the steaks are excellent (bone in Kansas City strip is one of the best I've ever had) and the bartenders pour a very stiff drink while keeping you company.

Das Schöne Neue Embassy Suites

Wenn ich geschäftlich unterwegs bin, übernachte ich sehr gerne im Embassy Suites, da ich dort einen separaten Wohn- und Schlafbereich habe. Dieses Embassy Suites ist neu und so dachte ich, dass ich es einmal ausprobieren sollte und dort übernachten sollte anstatt in dem Hotel, in dem ich für gewöhnlich in Tucson übernachte. Und jetzt habe ich dadurch ein neues Lieblingsgeschäftshotel in Tucson... dieses Hotel ist einfach wunderbar.

Es war anfangs nicht sonderlich leicht zu finden, da es in einer Ecke von Paloma Village versteckt liegt. Die Innenausstattung der allgemeinen Räumlichkeiten und der Zimmer war natürlich superschön, da es ja auch erst seit ein paar Wochen geöffnet hat. In der Suite gibt es 2 Flachbildschirmfernseher! Die Dusche war groß und das Bett war bequem.

Der allabendliche Direktionsempfang fand im Fleming's Steak House statt (jetzt im Hotel!), das sich den Parkplatz mit dem Hotel teilt. Waren Sie jemals im Fleming's? Es ist meiner Meinung nach einem Morton's oder Ruth's Chris ebenbürtig. Kostenlose Getränke und Appetithäppchen... was kann man da falsch machen?

Ausgezeichnetes kostenloses Frühstück, das auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet wird. Das Hotel liegt in den Foothills of Tucson (auch bekannt als die teure Gegend in Tucson). Ich kann Ihnen dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen, wenn Sie Embassy Suites allgemein mögen.

Ein letzter Tipp noch - wenn Sie in diesem Hotel übernachten, müssen Sie unbedingt 4km die N.Campbell Road hinunterfahren und in die Bar von Sullivan's Steakhouse gehen. Erstens sind die Steaks dort ausgezeichnet (das Kansas City Strip Steak mit Knochen war eines der Besten, die ich je gegessen habe) und die Barkeeper schenken Ihnen ziemlich harte Getränke ein, während Sie Ihnen Gesellschaft leisten.
