I wasn't sure how that was 'no problem', but after a bit of pointing and 'no endiendo'ing I found out that there may be a computer with the internet at a gift store that sold small planes. I found the store and the computer (and the small planes) and got onto the ESTA website, applied for an ESTA, got an application number, and went back to check in.
