We awoke after a much needed 10 hour sleep, consulted The Lonely Planet guide to confirm our plan for the day and headed out to find breakfast. 'Pain au bon' was our destination of choice. The town of Trat doesn't get much attention, described as a stepping point between Thailand and Cambodia or to the nearby island of Ko Chang. For us however, we were taken in by its quiet narrow streets slightly reminiscent of Beijings hutongs, but with some incredibly cool cafés (as always, food dictates how we judge a town). At this point we realised that these girls have no rhythm, all the girls we had seen all night couldn't dance, whether it be round a pole or just in a bar, everyone was just poorly two stepping.
