... old town, or Altstadt. We wandered through town, seeing the sites, wandering in a few stores. Parts of the old town, you walk on the roofs of the stores at street level, and view the second level stores. You take narrow stairs down to get to the lower stores.

We ended at at Thun Castle (or Schloss Thun), which was originally built in the late 1100's. They have museum exhibits inside, and you can go up to the ...

The castle dates back to 1130 and some of the cattle is of Norman style, it has a very large Knights Hall with an amazing ancient chimney piece which you can stand in. Even has an area for kids to play knights! Had some Lunch and decided to walk further round to lake to the Schadau Castle which is ...

... some random tourists staying at the place next door. When we returned to the party it had gotten even wilder - we were all so drunk as we started drinking around 3pm that day. I don’t actually remember how this night ended but when I woke up I had the worst hang over of my life. We all sat back in the hallway everyone telling each other what had happened which a lot of us didn’t remember. I had to try pack my bag as we had a ...
