Not even one day trip to CZ

A travel blog entry by blondieonthego on Aug 28, 2014

Again and again, every week-end opportunity I use to get off Vienna and drive to CZ. So here I am!
Yesterday at night I arrived. Today I was shopping (of course) and will going for linner (neither lunch, nor dinner) with a friend of mine in Znojmo.
Around 6 p.m. I’ll be driving home to Vienna for a shooting and meeting my best friend.

Anyway they replaced my bike and it was 11.30am by the time we left Mikulov, could have easily spent another night there. Then we quietly slipped over the border into the Czech Republic, well there's no real border or guards now so we just rode past the border sign, a bit like riding from SA into Victoria. Had to find this paved road which was used by the Czech Border police in the Iron Curtain days, a bit tricky, but we looked through Tomas' trillion instructions and we found it and cycled 7 kilometres along it ...

      Wednesday 9 July 2014 Brno

      Cool and cloudy 20C

We set off early this morning for the Moravian Karst to visit the Pynkva Cave and Macocha Abyss. We had reserved tickets for the tour at 10am and needed to arrive 40 mins early to pick up the tickets. We caught a train from Brno at 8.30 then a bus from Blansko to the ticket office. When we arrived there seemed to be a problem that they called ...
