... deep gorges, by the middle of the afternoon we turned off the main road and dropped down the side if a gorge, at one point it was so tight you could have touched both sides, however you would have got wet feet in the river. It's amazing how the roads are cut into the hillsides. Passing through a very narrow road in a village the overhanging balconies had their height painted on them, luckily the lowest was 3.5 metres.

... t find a launderette, but there was a barbers shop open, Les desperately needs a hair cut. Whilst we waited for his turn the owner served us coffee and we were able to use his wifi. The cut was soon done and Les now 'looks like the man I married'. ... distance we can see some old stone buildings and in places the hillsides are terraced. Our path took us across to another bay before starting to climb up through the terraces.
