... Carlsbad we drive to Dallas. Best known for the murder of John F Kennedy in 1963. We visit the place where it happened and meet a guy who was there in 1963. He was 13 years old at the time and is convinced there was more than one shooter. Every day you can find him on the grassy knoll , telling his story and selling magazines that support his view. We also watch a baseball game at Globe Life Park in Arlington. Rangers vs Giants. Rangers win thanks to a 2-run homer by Josh Hamilton ...
... and then we got her up for cake and presents. Mama was so happy to see Addy's excitement over the minion cake I made her! Once again, so many wonderful and thoughtful presents! A big thanks to Cousin Bennet for helping Addy open her gifts!

Well the first bus had leg room, plugs and wifi which meant endless entertainment in the form of Netflix for both of us however we just changed buses from new Greyhound to an old Greyhound bus which has waaaay less legroom, no plugs and no wifi :'-( Going to be a looooooong ...
... quite a few. When traveling with Stafford on the first leg I only managed 1 and 2 half movies. You see he needs to talk regularly and constantly point out on the interactive map how far we haven't gone and how far we have to go. But the good news is he did sleep, unaided apart from several red wines and we made it to Dallas without any major issue.
Fingers crossed the next leg is as uneventful and that I get my husband back quick ...
