... also two hours late arriving to Vernazza the day before. Fortunately our transfers to Pisa later that day were on time and hassle free...so Mike was not forced to murder anyone working for Trenitalia*. From here we had two nights in Pisa. The highlights being of course the leaning tower and baptistery...but also the fact that our bathroom at the hotel was just one small shower-toilet. That sounds gross but reminded us of Thailand days gone by! ...
