FINALLY - feeling like my old self!! I thought I was losing it!! We had a nice dinner last night - it was the chef's farewell dinner...7 courses...luckily they are not into huge portions, but we thought the 5th course was the main course...the staff is so diverse and they all have their own story, and they want to tell their story, which is nice and a little to personal sometimes...I guess that is a fine ...

The Romans established a settlement at this location on the Rhine about 2000 years ago and it has has continuous settlement ever ...

... we made it to the airport. I said goodbye to Casssie and got into the divers seat…

Here is where my big challenge started, drive back on the "wrong" side of the road. The first part was quite stressful going through the traffic. I headed into the city to have quick look around. I found a parking bay and then set off on foot for the city with an hour and a half on the parking meter. I ...

... back on with a felling of fond nostalgia. That if given the chance a replay would be a welcomed adventure. Right now our adventure is still so fresh I can taste it and I am filled with a privileged feeling. Privileged to have see these things with my own eyes. Things that had previously seemed reserved and labeled for someone else eyes only. Privileged to have someone ...
