... Island tonight. That rather sucks, being so close and not quite home. Oh well, it is what it is. How did Air Canada treat us? Not bad. Not quite as nice as Lufthansa but not bad. Plastic utensils rather than metal, you know, stuff like that. The meal was hot and reasonably flavourful and the choices were fish or vegetarian so Lisa was pleased. They offered water regularly. ... hours at the Calgary sports hall of fame. It was very interactive and we learned a lot. Then to Tim Horton's for lunch (they have over 4,500 of these in Canada, they do great hot chocolates - and apparently coffees too). And then... IKEA. I loved it. Riley hated it. Can't win them all...

We hope you have enjoyed this year's adventures...we're not quite done...there is a short trip to Edmonton at the end of this month so that Ron can play for the Alberta Seniors in the Canada Senior Games...and maybe a trip into BC in September...so stay ...

... you will have a new passport for us? Will some guy in the back scratch it out and write in a new birth date? Uh, okay. We'll come back in an hour. Is there a charge? Oh no, we'll just fix it. Stunned silence. Just be back before 4:30pm when we close. So we headed out to pick up of Reese's birth certificate which was at an office a few blocks away. That done, we went back to pick up a shiny new passport that looked like Ted didn't even screw up. Awesome eh!
