Waking up to another persons alarm clock that wasn't even in the room and buzz, told u the time ( yes 4.15am) and the temperature outside. Just what all over eight people in the room wanted to know at 4.15 am. Then I just stayed awake till 5am for shower and final pack as quiet ass I could due to the rest of the room sleeping. ... on their 4 way flashers. The police must be very busy with serious crime because we never saw one on the road. The downpour lasted until the outskirts of the city and we got to the hotel. Nancy met up with Bradley while I strolled around the area working the kinks out of my backside. Then back to the hotel to edit my photos. ... I had a lovely morning and once we were packed for the zoo, with sweets and chocolate, we headed out for our free pancake breakfast!! These were on all over Calgary for the period of Stampede. Basically you just turn up, and queue (not for long) and receive two yummy freshly made pancakes, fruit juice or tea/coffee and a sausage too if you wanted.
