... a little worried and all watch anxiously for her.. Finally, she rounds the corner and informs us that she had a few problems at the beginning and ran into the track edge. We are all excited for another round and all feel braver about going faster. The signs assure you you can go as fast or as slow as you like but we did notice that if you went too fast in a corner ...

... you are wondering. Again my devious mind is working overtime.

After a walk around its time to find a wine bar and relax a while. Devinos served up some great wines, cheeses and salads so we are happy travellers.

... personal.... but I guess fairly intense.

The rest of the Stampede was like any large Ag Show - grounds full of rides, entertainment, shopping halls and huge numbers of fast food places....not really our bag so passed by most of these - although have to confess loving the look of a new spa - one or two person, lightweight, filtration by seaweed and very energy efficient.... and not yet sold in Aus (probably a good thing!).

This hotel, located in the Southwest Calgary area of Calgary, is near Stampede Park, Pengrowth Saddledome, Olympic Oval, and Lindsay Sports Center.
