... 1950s diner called "Clocked"for a burger and a huge thunder and lightning storm blew through....very fast and tons of rain for about 30 minutes. We were outside until the lightening got a little too close and then we moved inside....first time we had a not really friendly server. Went back to the Springhill Suites and got ready for the trip to Atlanta ...

It definitely has its charms as a college town (Go Bulldogs!), being the home of Georgia Tech. Everything was geared towards the weekend football games so there was a lot of spirit in the ...

Traffic was awful getting home. Finally met up with Becca. Was gutted for her that she missed the game but we went for some American food & cocktails / beers. One bar dedicated their menu to smith's songs. Loved ...

... STUMPHOUSE TUNNEL, ISSAQUEENA FALLS AND CHAU RAM FALLS.. These places were AWESOME!!!! We got quite a bit of walking in on the trails. Some of it was pretty steep. Tried a little striper fishing from the dock but no luck. Campground is really hilly and mountainy which is neat.

Supposedly are upgrading the campground. We will see how it goes. Is ok for short stays only at this time.
