... thing that is worth a mention is the Katandra Treetops. This is an aviary which you walk around on swinging bridges above the treetops. Around you fly dozens of species of birds including yet more parrots. Not usually a fan of being up close and personal with animals but this wasn't too intense as they didn't fly at you. A must for anyone visiting the park, unless you have a bird phobia, then stay well away!
