    ... about 5 minutes to get a taxi took just over 1hr. Then it took another 45minutes to drive what normally takes 10 minutes. When it rains here, the streets get flooded and driving is chaotic. No one stays in their lanes and additional lanes are created. Motorcycles weave in and out of cars and trucks and groups of people cross the streets in between the traffic.     ... shoes at her. Probably isn't her child....Some cities are plagued by stray cats or dogs. Manila seems to have a stray children problem. There's millions of them, trailing around after each other in dirty clothes. We spot a group of 4 of them being led around by an older kid.
