    Another early rise for me… the girls were all still sleeping so I went solo.     ... we finally saw a break in the trees, the meadow was just a bit plain again with trees lying on the ground.     ... Bears inhabit the region and each camper is warned what to do if you come across one. One fellow camper we talked with said he had seen bear on three different occasions within a mile or two of where we were staying. The lady that checked us in to the campground had her bottle of "Bear Spray" which is recommended if you're out tromping the woods.
