Looking out from the castle walls, set high above the surrounding countryside, the views are nothing short of breathtaking then having a coffee in one of the small cafes in the streets of the old town below the castle gave time to reflect and think of the events that had taken place, the battles, the family lives, all over half a millennium ago.

... unassuming, the Cathedral interior was inspiring for its simplicity and intimate size. Realizing we still had 400 km to cover we headed back to the car and hit the road by 12:00.
