Arriving in Tunisia
We arrived in Tunisia ont the July 28, around 8 AM. We flew from Cluj-Napoca (Romania) to Monastir (Tunisia), and after landing we were transported to the El Hana Beach Hotel in Sousse.
Last vacation before Italy

The next day we went on a caravan trip on dromedaries, because there are no camels in nothern afrika. Camels only live in Asia. we learned something new as well. :-)
The week went by way too fast, but it was really nice and I learned my first word in arabic:
"shokran" which means thank you.

Al Kiarouan - the fourth holiest site in Islam
... a 200 TND rug! The next and final stop on our trip was the great mosque. The mosque is a major tourist destination and we saw several tour buses parked outside. The courtyard was gigantic and inside of the mosque was spectacular as well. Although we did not get to go inside where people were praying, we were able to see a good portion of the mosque. All in all a great day trip. ...
