... a delicious lunch from the market, prepared by the students. We did some debates involving industrial agriculture and orgamnic agriculture. We finished the work day learning how to build a compost pile. We had a dinner out in a nice little restaurant, then got choco-bananas as a first day finished treat!

Ah, the unadulterated bliss of ten days in the mountains, ten whole days without breaking into a sweat, of needing to put on a sweater in the early mornings and being able to leave my hair down, literally.
