Between the yellow arrows painted everywhere and the brass scallop shells embedded in the sidewalk, it wasn't hard to follow. As I reached the edge of town, I pulled out my walking sticks. The also stamp the pilgrim passports. It is so wonderful of the city government to provide this invaluable assistance to pilgrims, and it is very gratefully appreciated. Eventually we arrive at our Hotel for the next two nights, which is the Casa ...

... Rabanal is fairly high in elevation so it got cool once the sun went down. Time for my fleece and nano puff! We had a Pilgrim's Menu at a local restaurant called El Refugio,. For 11 euros I had a salad, pork chops and fries , the house red wine followed by flan for dessert. We were all so tired so turned in for the night. I got the top bunk and I'll tell you that crawling in to my sleeping bag felt like heaven. My feet did fine today but my shoulders hurt from my pack ...
