At the first bank, I waited for five minutes before being helped, only to be told that the bank did not offer that service (contrary to what the Visa representative told me before I left.) The teller told me to try another bank further down the road, where I was told exactly the same thing. Four banks and 90 minutes later, I was tired, frustrated and cash-less. It took me about 20 minutes longer to walk home than it did to walk there.
