Today is our last day at this fantastic resort. Our shuttle to the airport is only at 19:30, so we spent the last of our time here soaking in the sun at the beach( our favourite spot, no kids allowed). Soak up the sun we did, I think I went 3 or 4 shades darker. Time to make our way back and spend our last night in Istanbul, then our journey home ...

... a little nap, and we can safely say that they are well suited for this function. We also tried our hand at some more snorkeling, the water was a lot clearer today due to it being more calm than yesterday. A large variety of fish were witnessed, even an eel couldn't go undetected from the watchful eye of the novice diver! ...

The hotel is one of a string of massive buildings along the coast. The one next door looks very plush. Called the Siam or some such it looks a little out of place having twirly Thai gold roofs above the dark green and maroon walls.
From our balcony, we watched a group of builders below: true the scaffolding is down, but the painters have not finished yet, and all their kit is still highly visible. ...

... was in the morning. Thursday the pain was worse - on top of a horrible night sleep. Then I went to school in hopes of talking to the school doctor.

Once I got there I realized there was little to no way that I could teach. I tried one lesson and luckily my students were ANGELS! I could hear a pin drop - which mind you FAR from normal in a Turkish classroom. After I was able to lay down in the nurses office.
