... hand is the preferred drink here. Everyone drinks it and drinks it all the time. A small cup is about 50 cents to 2 dollars, depending on where you're at. Deanne and I agree that Turkish tea is about the best tea we've had. They also serve Apple tea a fair amount also.

Finally, housing here is a good value still. We're staying in hotel rooms and the occasional Panzion (B&B). Breakfast is included almost always and we're paying ...

I didn’t have glasses, a trashcan, or silverware separator thing. I needed a notebook so I could start writing new words and sentence structure down to help me remember Turkish, along with a fun glittery pink pen. So I went to the local discount place and bought those things.
