    ... of points of interest near Anderstorp. First was an enormous American Western complex called The High Chaporel built by a wealthy Swedish business man. It is a very popular family holiday spot in the summer. The second stop was the favourite family lake swimming spot - a lovely lawned area with a sandy swimming spot. Enjoyed lunch at a hotel - Pia and I had fish soup and Peter & Ulf had potato pancakes and three large slices of bacon.     ... to the north and south. Called Ottenby Nature reserve it had a very interesting interpretive centre and it was good to stroll around the foreshore watching the many birds flit about. Without binoculars they were pretty hard to identify other than swans and swallows.
