We picked up our Toyota Yaris for a 5 week rental and headed north across the part tunnel-part bridge connecting to Sweden. He very carefully boxed our purchase and as it requires a light on the base to illuminate it, he even went as far as to ...

    A Fortuitous Change of Plan

... in plans, was to just do another shortish hop and call into a harbour that we'd not been to before, called Mönsterås (makes me smile every time that name!) but given the new conditions, we’d decided to go further, to another new harbour just a few miles north of Kalmar, called Revsudden, 36 miles from Oskarshamn.

Initially, all went swimmingly but as always it seems, certainly for us, things changed, this time around lunchtime. Firstly, the wind dropped to nothing, so ...
