... br> The city itself it very modern and clean though largely nondescript. As the air temperature is below freezing point from November to March it is completely set up so that people do not have to venture outside, so there are covered walkways linking all of the buildings.

The result is a fairly large metropolis with very little pedestrian traffic at street level.
