Another early morning, we headed off about an hour North of of Florence to Pisa. Here we saw the leaning tower of Pisa which was rather exciting. Near the tower is the huge domed building that the pope used to live in many years ago. This was also good to see. ... 58 k when 25 k were on the autoroute at about 150kph. Where has all the traffic come from and so many new roundabouts and so many more homes everywhere compared with 15 years ago when we were in this area last.
