... I went to go take a shower, hoping there would be hot water (yesterday when I was taking a shower, the water went freezing cold right after I had just shampooed my hair! So I had to finish my shower without hot water) but sadly there wasn't. I really wanted a shower so I talked to some other girls and they said to just go to the men's shower room, so that happened haha. I got my dorm mate to check and make sure I was good to ...

The Motherland

... had a 45 minute wait (which was confusing since every table around us was empty...), but never fear the next place we found let us eat immediately. I had chicken prepared 'Berlin-style' (don't ask me what that means because the answer is I don't know) with rice, and capers, and asparagus, and potato salad, it was, like pretty much everything else we've had on this trip, delicious. We also treated ourselves to dessert, Chelsea had chocolate mousse which ...

... progress inside the rows they all appear to be similar. However each slab is slightly different be it height or the angle they stand. As Rickie said its like everyone saw the jews as the same but yet each was an individual just as each slab is individual. We were going to look at the holcost museum which is under the momunment but left that for another day. As the Tiergarten was next door we rode, Tim walked to the composers memorial in the middle ...

... Before I knew it, Sharon was arriving.

We had a tour getting acquainted meeting at 6:30 pm. There are 16 in our group- (only 2 men); couple from Canada and a single guy also from Canada. We have mostly Australians and quite a few teachers. Sharon and I and a woman from the West Coast are the only ones from the US. It's an interesting group. We are looking forward to getting to know all of our fellow wanderers.
