      The days have blurred into one long beach day, as have the islands. Today I am leaving the azure waters of Los Roques and heading back to Caracas for my last night in Venezuela.       ... a 5 min walk along a sandy street from the runway to La Cigala, the Posada where I am staying. It's bright and airy with 8 white washed rooms, breakfast at a very civilised 8am and then dinner at 7.30pm.       ... and grabbed a few sandwiches and gnoshed as we walked the few blocks back to our hotel. We checked in and grabbed the rest of our travel gear that had been waiting here for us.
