... liquor store Marina and I found yesterday afternoon. I knew Denise would just love this HUGE, very well stocked store. We bought Tanqueray 10, Grand Marnier, a bunch of really good "rooster" labelled wine we discovered while in Corfu last year, a-n-d, amazingly enough, 3 bottles of Megas Onas Greek wine from the Peloponnese, that I have not seen in the last 10 years. Yes...indeed, a wonderful liquor store find, in a cooling wine cellar, find in Kos. We placed all of our treasures in ...

Woke up early to see the sun rising as we approached Turkey. Went on shore for a Diane and Tony tour which involves walking, taxis and getting lost but you see all the good stuff. ... my bed. He and I kept watching and listening to the sounds of Kos. The harbor walk was bustling with people, chattering, laughing and dancing their way to the look out spot at the end of the pier. Two large Blue Star immigrant ferries full of anxious refugees has departed, and yet there are so many 100s they have left behind, still waiting. The 200 + "tent city" on the beach is constantly changing, and g-r-o-w-i-n-g. Milena is bustling with activity today. Not only are we preparing ...

... small round table, in the middle of the sidewalk, where the scooters pass. The maitre-d said: "Is this ok...?" "No, not really..." I answered back..."it is right in the middle of the sidewalk area where scooters drive, there is no light....No, this is not really ok..... I guess we should have made a reservation for one of your garden tables...". I sat down very disappointed. " .... I have found you a nice garden table up here, madam.... would you like it??" the maitre-de said as ...
