... took me about 2 hours, and it was a great time, and super challenging. The views along the way were gorgeous, and it was great to have an excuse to stop and take a break. Honestly though, I don't remember seeing a whole lot coming up bc I has too busy watching the never ending steps. When there were flat pauses it wasn't so bad, but at some points I'd look up and see over a hundred steps strait up and steep with no stop in sight. Those were the soul crushing steps. but ...

So yet another random Chinese holiday- "Tomb Sweeping Day"
couldn't have crept up faster and before I knew it Wednesday morning was upon
me and there I was returning from my morning run realizing I HAD to make a
decision about where to travel. I vowed this term I wouldn’t waste anymore
golden travel moments, but also have myself on a solid budget between now and

Our next stop was down the street at Shen Garden. It is a beautiful garden with lilies and a few bridges. Hanging all around the garden are chimes with love poems and notes written on them. People wrote these because the famous love story of Lu You took place here. ...
