Because people dont have yards in the old town centre they just kick them out for a walk or certainly some live on the streets. Although many seem lethargic and not very healthy maybe with worms or something, I haven't seen any that are particularly thin. ... just down the road from us which makes it easy to shop for fresh bread and cheese everyday. We have decided to stay here another week or so as it is actually quite nice despite the full campsite. We are told that it is full everywhere at this time of the year. I'll admit, living in the Rockies and along the Pacific Ocean had me thinking I had seen what the world has to offer when it comes to natural beauty. Lagos totally took us by surprise with it's turquoise waters, surreal sandstone formations, adrenalin inducing cliffs and wacky hostel buddy (Hugo). Indeed, I am now convinced the world has beauty secrets I could never have imagined.
