Lovely first floor suite with views across the lake and mountains. Dinner in the restaurant was lamb (for Karen) and steak for me, accompanied by very nice couple of reds (Merlot for Karen, Pinot Noir for me). Jess, our waitress was great and very chatty.

Last week I dropped into conversation how I really fancied chicken satay and tonight she made the most amazing chicken satay with steamed rice and a pea and soybean salad. It was incredible and I felt like I was at a Michelin star restaurant. So lucky to have a friend like Nev. Ero Tergum ...
... a little audience who's days I'm sure we would have made. We lasted about the first 100 metres and all the people who we had dinged the bell for to mind out the way passed us. We laughed so much but at the same time it was very frustrating. Once we got the knack of it we soared along the lake like the wind. I was at the front of course and dang the bell to people to get them out the way whilst screaming "excuse me we can't stop....move!" Daisy was having ...
