Waking up after one of the best sleeps i've ever had this morning and feeling great to start today's plans! I grabbed a quick bite to eat while i was leaving to go to the National Heroes Park. ... I laid back and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and ride. It soon cooled me off. I believe students would like this and it wouldn't be a danger because the group stays together and the river moves at a slow pace.

After the tour ended, I was drained but satisfied I'd had a good time and seen quite a bit of Jamaica. After returning to the hotel, I ordered more jerk pork from room service then had an early night. ...

My time in Jamaica was truly incredible. And most of that is thanks to my wonderful host, Margaret. I know Margaret from my time at the UN in Vienna. She was the Doc responsible to investigate earth quakes and I was the Doc responsible to investigate Nutrition. I let you make the link! Our two years in Jamaica has been completed as of today. We boarded an American Airlines flight for Miami and made it back to the good old US of A. We have many mixed emotions about this transition, but we are also looking forward to our new adventures in the coming years. Only time will tell.
