Margo and Lars have collected lots of “stuff” all our lives.
We had three houses and a lot of unnecessary things that we thought we loved. However when our houses become full of unnecessary stuff that did not loved us back, we made some life changing decisions.

... br> At any rate I hit balls with Pablo for about 15 minutes. My forehand is miserable but my backhand is still solid. My ultimate weakness is a high backhand volley but I'm sure with time that will return too.
On the way home I even wondered if I should try a two handed forehand while I'm recovering. Right now it's just good to hit a few balls. And there's always the prospect of some time on the beach to recuperate!
I'm B A C K!
... and expecting it wouldn't take that long we paid the 2.50 and decided to pay it a visit. The views from up top were absolutely spectacular overlooking the landscape of Alicante, it's many palm tree gardens and the Mediterranean sea. After plenty of exploring we had to admit it was the best 2.50 we had spent all trip. Finally our hunger was at its peak so we had to go back to the streets of Alicante in search of the perfect place for ...
... gazpacho and some tomato bread and Lars had a potato tortilla. We then shared an order of grilled green asparagus. It was a perfect summer lunch...light and refreshing.
We then walked back to the mercado to catch a tram for home. Hopefully we'll head for the beach soon...I think a dip in the Mediterranean would be a fine way to end our afternoon.
Of course we'll watch some US Open tennis this evening!
