We arrived in Edinburgh Monday about 2 pm and immediately noticed spires, towers, domes and steeples jutting out from craggy bluffs and awaiting our discovery. ... interesting but Cat's fresh pressed cranberry juice was the preferred choice of drink. After lunch we wandered the markets further although they were beginning to pack up and so we headed back to the hostel for a nap! Our room is very clean and welcomingly cool. So after restful night woke up to Rob cooking breakfast. Yum. So after scrabbled eggs and good bacon we were on our way to the Harecastle Tunnel. Its one way and takes 45 minutes to get through.
