    ... After about an hour or so the mist disappears and sunshine fills the sky......and the temperature quickly rises to a lovely 24c........!

    We arrive at our Albergo and find it is part of a brewery ..... So we test the ale! Dinner is served in the adjoining restaurant ..... Also part of the brewery.....could/ should b a good night.....watch this ...

    Carbon copy repeat of a previous experience trying to sail into Portofino - rough seas meant it was too dangerous to tender ashore, so instead we docked in Genoa.

    Having explored the city on that last visit, we chose to still take a shore excursion to visit the picturesque towns of Sestri Levante & Rapallo

    ... Today we wanted to swim, relax and visit Camogli and San Frutuoso. San Frutuoso I had been a long long time ago still with my parents. My father told me the exciting stories of pirates living there as it is another beautiful villages only reachable by boat with a very easily defendable small entrance.     ... should see this place. It is a don't miss. Back for a siesta and then off we went again to the fishing village of Campiglia.
