      The sight was a big rock island. We dove along a rock wall for half the island with the current and then the boat picked us up after. Dove with 4 of us. 2 ozzys and the Thai dive master.

      ... The lady then split the nut, showi that it is not coconut milk inside, but water. The milk is in the flesh, which I never knew, and is extracted from such. By boiling the milk with water for 7 hours (!) coconut oil is made....
