    We have another day at sea as we backtrack south from Myanmar to Malaysia and finally to our port of disembarkation, Singapore. After some hectic touring by bus, taxi and on foot in the dusty towns and cities of Burma (very dusty - even the trees are coated in dust), we're quite enjoying these "sea days", relaxing on lounges on the outside decks of the ship - reading - napping - or just watching the sea go by.     ... the smaller monkeys. I always thought monkeys would be really light but in fact they are a lot heavier than they look. I would definitely recommend that school groups travel to Monkey Hill for a unique experience.

    After a great afternoon at Monkey Hill it was time to head back to my villa. I ordered room service for dinner and it was delicious. Then I went to sleep early.

    After a bumpy start which involved missing our train from Bendigo to southern cross station yesterday, and a swift decision to drive to the airport, we have finally arrived today in Phuket after 11hrs of travel!     ... the sun set behind the islands, was all very surreal to me. We had our final instructions from the boat boss, packed up our things and disembarked once we reached the pier.
